Today was the big day. Shot #1. Spoiler alert – I did it! I
screwed it up a little and needed some assistance pushing the plunger, but I
did the actual shot part! I got everything all ready to go – it was 1cc of
saline and 2 tablets each of 2 different meds, so 4 dissolved tablets
altogether. The screw up came after I did the shot – my fingers were too close
to the front, like a pencil, and I was too scared to let go of the death grip
while the needle was in me and so I couldn’t reach the plunger. After laughing
at the whole thing, I asked my hubby to do the plunger pushing. Tomorrow will
be better. J
